We would like to reassure our customers that we are closely monitoring the Coronavirus (COVID-19) situation.
The instruction from the Government is for bowling alleys to remain closed at this time, we are hoping to re-open mid August.
If you have a booking due to take place with us before the 15th August our bookings team will be in touch with you shortly
As an independent business we greatly appreciate the support of our guests at this challenging and worrying time. The situation is extremely changeable we are monitoring it closely and will keep you posted. We are optimistic that we will be re-open shortly and we hope to see you enjoying our facilities in the not too distant future!

Eat out to help out

This offer is only available throughout August on Mondays, Tuesdays & Wednesdays.

This special offer must be pre booked. Please note you must dine first to be eligible for this offer.

A £10 non refundable & non transferable deposit is taken at the time of booking, the remaining balance is to be paid on the day after dining.

Food & a soft drink is charged at £10 with gaming being offered at a discounted rate of £2 due to dining with us.

Additional gaming (excluding bowling) included in the package may vary depending on availability.

We will endeavour to ensure your gaming reservation is made to take place no longer than 30 minutes after your dining reservation.

Age policy

No unaccompanied under 16’s in the venue, ID maybe required to prove age.

Telephone & Online Bookings

We require full payment to the equivalent of your bowling in order to secure your space.

Bowling

All bookings are subject to availability.

The Baller Package

A non-refundable & non-transferable deposit to the value of a game of bowling per person is required to secure your package initially.+

The balance can be paid in advance or on arrival at the venue.

Private Hire

Please refer to our private hire terms which are available on request.

Cancellations & No Shows

General Bookings

No booking can be cancelled past it’s start-time, this qualifies as a no-show; no refund can be offered, and cancellation fees may apply.

For groups of 6 or less we require 48 hours notice to cancel your booking and for groups of 7 or more we require 1 weeks notice t cancel your booking. If you give less than the required notice your deposit will not be refunded. Any bookings made with less than 48 hours to the event time will not be eligible for a refund in the event of a cancellation.

We ask all our bowlers to arrive 30 minutes before your lane time, if you are running late then please let us know as far in advance as possible. We can only hold your lane for 10 minutes. After this time, we cannot guarantee your booking, however we will do our best to fit you in if we can and allocate your deposit to a later game that day. Deposits are non-refundable.

If you reduce the party size within 48 hrs of your booking you will forfeit the deposits of each person who is not attending. Please note that for groups of 15+ we require 10 days notice if you wish to reduce the party size.

General

All guests are responsible for checking they have provided the correct information at the point of booking.

Gutterball Alley are not responsible for bookings that are made and confirmed via the website where by the guest has provided incorrect information or made an error with their booking.

Guests are responsible for any wilful or negligent loss or damage to venue, furniture and equipment. The costs of making good any damage will be charged to the hirer.
